Discount Upholstery Fabric makes available, from receipt of fabric, a limited seven-day(7) money-back product guarantee if your fabric is not absent of flaws and/or discoloration. It is essential to notify us within the specified time of 7-days of your intention to return the merchandise and to address certain items and information pertaining to the original purchase in the body of the email message requesting a return of the merchandise. These certain items are: your last name; the reference number; the pattern number or/and name; the color number or name; and the reason for the return. Without this complete information, your return request cannot be considered.

In most cases, a Call Tag will be issued to enable a pick up of said merchandise.  The returned merchandise must be uncut, on the original roll, and contained in the original package and sealed conforming to carrier standards with the original description label and/or packing slip or invoice attached to the product showing the complete description. An exchange will be made for the defective merchandise if the same fabric is in stock.  If not in stock, a credit will be issued within 10-days and applied to the client’s credit card.
